His ad films show how even complex subjects like real estate, education and technology can be made interesting and easy to connect with through strong storytelling and writing. Along with filmmaking, Shilajit also enjoys teaching filmmaking to young aspiring filmmakers.
However, Shilajit always points out that his success is not his alone. It is the result of his entire team. His in-house team includes many talented professionals working in VFX, editing, camera and writing. A large unit works together on the shooting floor under Shilajit’s leadership, and this teamwork helps give their films a strong creative edge.
Recently, during a conversation, a journalist asked him, “After receiving an award from Ajay Devgn, how will you stay motivated to keep working in the future?”
Shilajit replied, “Our motivation comes from our clients! When we see a brand becoming stronger in the market because of our stories and its sales growing rapidly, it gives us a different kind of satisfaction. We are grateful that brands continue to trust us and come back to us again and again. The opportunities they give us help our team create better films and make their brands even stronger.”
