I wish upon a star,
Of dreams unfolding as you are,
A year filled with unwanted news,
Emotional unrest and cryptic hues,
New promises shine in the horizon ,
A new and heart felt rendition,
Erased past and a wish to change,
My soul may discover an unknown range,
Of reaching out to the highest peak,
Bubbles of the worst then will be bleak,
May be what we bear is not as sad,
Broken things are not that bad,
They are stronger as they have faced the wrath of time,
Worth much more and impossible to mime.
