News stardom : Kolkata, 4th April 2023: ibis Kolkata Rajarhat celebrated the biggest festival for Bengali culture “Poila Boilshakh”. It is an auspicious festival for Bengali people and to match up the festive spirits, ibis Kolkata Rajarhat launched their unique thali “Mahabhoj Special Thali”. Eminent personalities like Actress Sayantani Guhathakurta, Singer Paroma Banerjee, Designer Indroneel Mukherjee along with Model Shalini Srivastava were present at the launch of the special thali at ibis Kolkata Rajarhat.
“POILA BOISHAKH” is celebrated to mark the beginning of the “Bengali New Year”. People dress up in new clothes and share sweets with friends and family to celebrate the New Year. It is a celebration of new life, light, and art in Kolkata, which turns into new opportunities and big hopes, and a new celebration of culture.

Main Course (Veg/Non-Veg) – Mangsho Jhol, Lonka Batta Murgi, Rui Macher Kalia, Channar Dalna, Veg Gontto, Aloo Potol Er Tarkari, Koraisuti Moong Dal and Bengali Fried Rice.
