Staff Reporter : Kolkata, 12th May, 2024: iLEAD, The Institute if Leadership, Entrepreneurship And Development, is proud to announce the upcoming launch event for a groundbreaking graphic novel, “Brushstrokes and Beyond Volume 1,” a compelling anthology of graphic narratives authored by the talented students of the Department of Multimedia, Animation, and Graphics at iLEAD and published by internationally acclaimed Book Bloom Publishers. The event will take place on May 14th, 2024, at 3:00 PM in the iLEAD New Auditorium.
“Brushstrokes and Beyond Volume 1” showcases the creative prowess and narrative diversity of our students, with each story offering a unique and captivating style. The launch event promises to be a celebration of creativity and innovation in graphic storytelling.
Esteemed guests at the event will include Charbak Dipta, an internationally recognized and multiple award-winning illustrator, comic book artist, and graphic novelist. With over 10 years of experience and more than 40 published works to his credit, his presence will add an invaluable dimension to the celebration.
Joining him will be Sankha Banerjee, a published author, eminent artist, and Assistant Professor at St Xavier’s College, Kolkata. His expertise in literature and the arts will enrich the event, providing attendees with diverse perspectives on graphic storytelling.
In addition to the launch of “Brushstrokes and Beyond Volume 1,” the event will witness the release of “The Indian Spirit of Entrepreneurship – Wealth Creators Through The Ages” authored by Mr. Pradip Chopra, Chairman of iLEAD, and a distinguished author. This insightful exploration of entrepreneurship also promises to be a valuable addition to the literary landscape.
