Debasish Biswas : Peak Lenin, Kyrgystan, 16th. July 2023. Initially we planned an Indo Bangladesh joint Expedition at Pamir, Kyrgyzstan. But at the last moment visas of 2 Bangladeshi members where rejected by Kyrgyzstan Govt.
We five Indians came to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to explore Kyrgyzstan and climb mountains as much as possible.
First move to Ala Archa National Park, Reitzek. And climb Mt. Uchitel on 29 June, 2023 as first Indian team.
Climbing members Malay Mukherjee, Sourav Sinchan Mandal, Kiran Patra, Abhijit Roy and I (Debasish Biswas).
Thereafter we went to Karakol. Moved to Karakol Base Camp and climbed peak – 30 Let Vlksm (4083) on 3rd July.
Then reached at Peak Lenin Base Camp (3,600 m) via Osh with Ak-Sai Travel of Bishkek. Climbed Peak Lenin (on 14/07/2023) and other two Mountains as the first Indian team.
Today 16th July 2023 at 2pm we reached at Peak Lenin Base Camp.
