Offbeat CCU’s latest venture, Café Offbeat Up There is sprawled across 2500 sq ft, with jaw-dropping views of Kolkata’s skyline.
Overlooking a beautiful lake, the busy EM Bypass and the city spread across as far as one’s eyes can see, Cafe Offbeat Up There lets you experience Kolkata like you’ve never before.
The Rooftop Cafe & Sunset Bar will serve delectable cuisines from around the world prepared at our five kitchens, that you can enjoy with delicious in-house special cocktails, mocktails & coffees.
Cafe Offbeat Up There’s ambience is young, fresh and urban We’ve kept it simple with a few potted plants and artistic fixtures that allow everyone’s focus to be on the view – sights of the city are the ultimate attention-grabbers! It is best to visit in the evening to bask in Kolkata’s incredible sunsets and stay till night.
Starting from Day 1, we will be screening Indian Premier League 2020 matches and other major sporting events from around the world daily. The space can also be booked for private events, special occasions and business meetings.
Bearing in mind the current situation with the ongoing pandemic, we will serve 50 guests at a time, with doors opening at 5 pm and closing at midnight.
At a time when a pandemic is raging and people are looking for safe places to visit, we’ve opened a space where people can spend time in the open air while following social distancing and safety norms. Meghdut Roy Chowdhury, founder of Offbeat CCU, has launched this venture to beat the pandemic blues and provide opportunities to young,
dynamic individuals from the city. It is one of the most challenging projects he has undertaken, and we are all confident that hospitality embracing nature is the way forward.
