A poem by — Moubani Sorcar : Actress & Writer.
Sometimes long lost friends are never gone,
They find you and turn the switch of our hearts on,
In long hours of shrivelled darkness I find in the empty hours a spark,a beat,
To some with closed, chained doors , it is only a sound,
But as the sun would leave in the desert the heat,
Would you in a living body leave it unspun ,untied and unwound,
Only as I breathe I feel peace that the air we shared was mine once,
It might change for either one of us,
But reality and remorse cannot make the truth obsolete,
In another birth we will have to meet thus,
With ticks like a corrected piece of paper,
We will pass all tests like mistakes were made never.
That is why true love is complete and unabridged forever.
It is felt in the heart with repeated life,
Carried on by the mist of a fairytale which was aftered ever.
