News stardom : kolkata, 10th. August, 2021. The P&C Fashion Club which is unique concept of grooming raw talents on the field of acting & modeling and also giving them hands on experience was launched at Hyatt on 20th March 2021.
This is launched & is an initiative of Perveen & Chatterjee opc pvt Ltd also know as P&C Art Arena under P&C Group headed by Bilkes Perveen.
The curtain Raiser was done by Mrs Richa Sharma Mrs India International & honorable HIDCO chairman Mr Debashish Sen. Payel Mukherjee renowned tollywood actress was present and is the face of the project.

Bilkes Perveen Chatterjee who is a model anchor & entrepreneur is the Official Grooming expert & Personality Development coach of the project.

On 30th of Aug the campaign tool off and the virtual inauguration was done by Indroneel Mukherjee eminent Fashion Design & Pageant Grooming experts.

There were multiple sessions taken by different personalities from different fields like Actress Payel Mukherjee ,Mrs Rupa Majumdar Editor of Nabokalloll magazine, Anirban Kundu, AGM Marketing Merlin Group ,Zeba Shahid Haider,

Somsuvra Chakrabarti ,Arindum Bhattacharjee, Neha Tulsyan Afsari Khatoon ,Teena Gaur & the complete module was designed & curated by Bilkes Perveen Chatterjee.

Day 9 & 10 offline grooming sessions was held at Hotel Avenue where the candidate were trained on ramp walk & other personality development tips on 7th & 8th of August 2021 with a media coverage.
