#IKnowMyEmotions aims to ignite awareness through interactive workshops, rallies, and digital outreach

News stardom : Kolkata, 3rd May – To mark Mental Health Awareness Month Sound ‘N’ Mind Foundation along with Alok Foundation, Headlines Kolkata, Connections, Rotary Action Group on Mental Health Initiatives District Chapter 3291, multiple Rotary Clubs of district 3291 and other organisations is launching a comprehensive awareness campaign themed “#IKnowMyEmotions”, aimed at educating and engaging diverse communities on emotional wellbeing and emotional literacy.
The campaign will begin with a press meet and panel discussion on 3rd May, 2025, bringing together mental health professionals, educators, corporate leaders, and student representatives. The panel will focus on “Creating Awareness through Education”, emphasizing the role of emotional intelligence in early intervention and emotional wellbeing.
Throughout the month, the campaign will unfold with a series of interactive workshops in schools, colleges, and corporate offices, designed to equip participants with tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and open conversations around mental health.
Key highlights of the campaign include:
• Student and Corporate Workshops: Engaging sessions led by emotional wellness coaches.
• Bike Rally for Mental Health: A high-visibility community event advocating for open dialogue and destigmatization.
• Expert Webinars: Weekly online sessions tackling relevant topics like emotional regulation, Mindfulness, emotional Intelligence etc.
• Social Media Drive: With the hashtag #IKnowMyEmotion, the campaign encourages individuals to share stories, tips, and resources that promote mental health awareness.
