iLEAD Hosted A Three Day Flea Market Exhibition Cum Sale….

6th September, 2024, Kolkata: iLEAD recently hosted a vibrant three-day Flea Market Exhibition cum Sale at its campus from August 21st to August 23rd, 2024.
 
The exhibition took place at Casablanca, the Food Court of iLEAD and throughout the campus of iLEAD. The exhibition used to stay open every day from 10 am in the morning to 6 pm in the evening with a remarkable footfall of 3,500 including students and employees. 
 
The event was inaugurated by our esteemed Principal, Dr, Soumen Chatterjee. He shared his invaluable insights on the significance of frequently organizing flea markets and exhibitions to offer students a platform to cultivate self driven and ambitious nature.
 
A group of 13 diverse stalls with several products were there in the exhibition cum sale. A wide range of products such as junk and dainty jewellery pieces, postcards, stickers and figures based on Anime and other popular series and movies, leather bags, clothing, mobile phones and accessories, food items like crafted chocolates, brownies, and more were displayed in the exhibition.
 
The exhibition cum sale was not just a marketplace, it was a great initiative by iLEAD to the small, home-based, or solely online business owners to encourage them and provide a platform to promote their business and have more exposure. Being a renowned institute that leverages personal growth and development, iLEAD abets their students to shine as thriving entrepreneurs in future. The primary intention of organizing such an event was to inspire existing and ex students of iLEAD who have the potential to start their ventures or grow as entrepreneurs and exhibit their products in the flea market stalls.  
 
The highly enthusiastic responses from the stall owners were the evidence behind the success of the gala event. The success of the Flea Market Exhibition cum Sale made iLEAD considered to make it a frequently organized event in the upcoming days to nurture entrepreneurial talents and support small business owners.
