Global Academic Collaboration Launched in Kolkata….

News Stardom : kolkata, 10th. April, 2025. The pre-conference launch of the 7th International Conference on English Learning & Teaching Skills (ICELTS-2025 Oceania), 4th International Conference on Advances in English Language Studies (ICAELS-2025), and the 3rd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence in Management for Business and Industrial Growth (AIMBIG-2025 Oceania) was successfully held at the CII Auditorium, IEM-Kolkata.

The conference theme, “Beyond Words: Artificial Intelligence’s Transformative Role in Linguistics, Literature & Learning,” reflects the growing impact of emerging technologies in reshaping language studies and educational paradigms. The event aims to create a meaningful global dialogue among academicians, researchers, and industry experts, exploring the convergence of AI and language studies.

The Kolkata launch event was presided over by the Hon’ble Consul General of Australia, Hugh Boylan, in Kolkata. Dr. Samapika Das Biswas, Assistant HoD, Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities, and Conference Convenor, emphasized the conference’s relevance: “With AI rapidly transforming how we communicate, teach, and interpret language, it’s critical for academicians, researchers, and industry experts to explore this convergence.” Dr. Prabir Kumar Das, HoD of the Department of Basic Sciences & Humanities and Conference Chair, added – ICELTS, ICAELS, and AIMBIG are testaments to IEM-UEM’s mission to lead with vision and collaborate without borders.”

The ICELTS-2025 conference will feature sub-themes such as AI and Language Acquisition in Multilingual Contexts, AI and the Evolution of Literary Genres, and AI in Language Teaching for Specific Purposes. Selected papers will be published in the International Journal of English Learning and Teaching Skills (IJELTS).

The conference will take place from May 14th to 18th, 2025, at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney, Australia.
