News Stardom : 12th. June 2021. MAYACHAR, East Midnapore. Area is highly affected by the Cyclone ‘YAAS’. Very few have reached this area for RELIEF work after the devastating CYCLONE. We could not fathom the cyclone’s effect from Kolkata, some places were covered in water above 1st floor.
The place where we are setting up the COMMUNITY KITCHEN, is far inside from the main road, AIHR Volunteer spokes person told to Media, we reached there on bike and the last portion on foot. The village consists of some odd 400 people, who were elated when we reached with our kitchen equipments and ration supply.
The look and smile on thier faces made our every tiredness go away. It was priceless.
We will start our COMMUNITY KITCHEN from tomorrow and continue for the NEXT THREE DAYS.
