Staff Reporter : Kolkata, 7th March 2025: Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat honored women shaping the city’s food industry with their passion, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit. The event brought together inspiring women who have made significant contributions to the culinary world.

Amita Mishra, General Manager at Accor, welcomed the guests and emphasized the importance of recognizing women’s achievements in the food industry. “Women are redefining the culinary landscape with creativity, resilience, and leadership. It is our privilege to celebrate their contributions and provide a platform for their stories to inspire many more,” she said.
The event featured Priyanka Malik, an F&B consultant and MasterChef India Top 10 finalist, Sonika Dey, founder of Bunaphile Kolkata, Apeksha Lahiri, founder of Five n Dime and The Yellow Turtle, and Moushumi Routh, Director of Operations & Marketing at Bonne Femme Kolkata.
Ishani Priyadarshini, Founder of Restaurant Social and Zara Chisty Abedin, founder of Zara’s Kitchen, also shared their experiences and insights into their culinary journeys.
