73rd Indian Foundry Congress & IFEX 2025 Successfully Inaugurated….

Staff Reporter : Kolkata, 9th February 2025 – The 73rd Indian Foundry Congress (IFC) & International Foundry Exhibition (IFEX) 2025 was successfully inaugurated in a grand ceremony, bringing together key industry leaders, policymakers, and experts to discuss the future of the foundry sector.The event will take place over three days,from 9th to 11th February 2025, providing a platform for industry advancements and networking.

The event was inaugurated by *Mr. Baba Kalyani, Chairman & Managing Director of Bharat Forge* ,who graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. *Dr. Shashi Panja, Hon’ble Minister in Charge, Department of Industry, Commerce & Enterprises, and Women & Child Development and Social Welfare, Government of West Bengal*, also addressed the gathering, emphasizing the sector’s role in industrial development and economic growth.

Organized by the Institute of Indian Foundrymen (IIF), the three-day event serves as a crucial platform for knowledge sharing, networking, and exploring innovations in the foundry industry. Among the distinguished attendees were *Shri Navneet Agarwal, President, IIF (2024-25), Shri Ravi Sehgal, Past President, IIF, and Mr. Vijay Beriwal, Past President, IIF, who highlighted advancements, sustainability initiatives, and emerging opportunities in the sector.
