Staff Reporter : Bengaluru, 25th July 2024: NR Group, India’s leading agarbathi manufacturer and the proud owners of Mysore Warriors, have signed 18 players to represent the Mysore Warriors team at the Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 2024. The players were selected following an auction at The Karnataka State Cricket Association, M. Chinnaswamy Stadium on 25th July 2024. The selected players will be provided with a unique platform to showcase their cricket abilities at the third edition of the Maharaja Trophy, slated to be held at the Chinnaswamy Stadium from 15th August to 1st September 2024.
The renowned Mysore Warriors team will compete against five teams from Karnataka including Hubballi Tigers, Bangalore Blasters, Mangalore Dragons, Gulbarga Mystics, and Shimoga Lions. Cricket enthusiasts will be able to delight in watching the thrilling matches, as the teams battle for the trophy.

Speaking at the auction, Mr. Arjun Ranga, Owner, Mysore Warriors and Managing Director, Cycle Pure Agarbathi said, “We are delighted to have selected some of the best players in the state to represent Mysore Warriors at the third edition of the Maharaja Trophy. About Mysore Warriors
Mysore Warriors Team entered KPL in 2014 and emerged champions in the same season. Two-star players from Mysore Warriors entered IPL in 2014 and the legacy continues. Most of the players selected by Mysore Warriors have carved a niche for themselves in the Indian cricketing arena. The team’s anthem is composed and sung by popular music director Mr. Raghu Dixit. The strong sponsorship enjoyed by Mysore Warriors during the last season is a testimony of the recognition the team has garnered. It succeeded in bringing together like-minded people towards supporting the novel cause of encouraging sports in India. Mysore Warriors aim is to give an opportunity to young cricketers to experience professional cricket under lights and in the high-pressure T-20 format.
